The US Army Corps of Engineers leases out our lands to non-profit
organization for recreational purposes at no cost to the organization.
Currently, there is a 38 acre lease with some improvements available on Fort
Gibson.  The minimum length of the lease would be 5 years.  The improvements
consist of an A-frame lodge, campground, restrooms and basketball court at a
minimum.  The land abuts up to the lake.  Could you please share this
information with any non-profit organization that you know that might be
interested in taking over this lease?

First Presbyterian Church in Bartlesville has approximately 75 practically unused "Songs for Praise & Worship" books available (copyright 1992).  Most are hard backed, but there are a few spiral bound as well.  Contact Kristy Rodgers at 918-336-5762 if you are interested.
