IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLERKS OF SESSION
 
M E M O R A N D U M

The Statistics Program has been turned on by General Assembly.  Your 2010 data can be entered.  There are no paper workbooks this year.  Everything is on the computer at http://ogasys2.pcusa.org.  Enter your user name and password (see upper right hand corner of this memorandum). Your user name and password are the same as last year, unless you changed your password.  The Main Menu will magically appear.  Click on “Church Statistical Reporting.”  Then click on each report and fill in the blanks.  If you are having problems, please call me (home 918-683-9365 or office 800-533-1324 or 918-582-3077).  We will help you.  I am generally in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 4:30, but feel free to call me at home any time.  Wednesday, February 23, 2011, is the last day churches will be able to edit their own data.  Friday, March 11, 2011, is the last day I can make changes.  

Also, please fill out the Clerk's Annual Questionnaire 2010 by clicking separately on that one.  You may fill this out on the computer or print the form and send the paper copy.

Your report does not need to be approved by the session or the congregation; the data is the data and does not change.
